We deliver construction systems that promote energy efficiency and environmentally friendly solutions with an emphasis on utilizing renewable resources and recyclable materials. Our construction system is designed for the extremely cold climates of Norway, Sweden and Finland, and all of our houses meet the national requirements for heat insulation and heating sources.

The houses are equipped with air-to-water heat pumps and underfloor heating in all floors as standard, the underfloor heating is the most energy-efficient and economical heat delivery solution for a healthy indoor environment and surpasses the old-fashioned wall-mounted radiator system that cannot be compared to the many advantages offered by underfloor heating.

All of our houses can be delivered with the AVICS™ indoor climate system, which constantly monitors and adjusts the room temperature and reduces humidity within the walls, the system is cost-effective and prevents any harmful mould, fungus or mildew from developing inside the walls.
